Economic Vitality

We provide capital, incentives and economic tools to assist new and existing businesses. The goal is to create a supportive environment for entrepreneurs and innovators that drive the local economy. ​

Interior and exterior design consultants, as well as a business consultant, are made available free of charge. New or existing businesses in the district can request a professional consult through Main Street Paris at any time. Consultants will design a business from the ground up, recommend property improvements, offer general business advice, or even choose paint colors. All you have to do is ask!

Downtown Revitalization Grants

Main Street Paris offers annual Downtown Revitalization Grants, also known as Mini Grants. These funds are provided by Main Street Arkansas at Arkansas Heritage.

Building improvement grant funds are awarded to businesses for exterior repair improvements to enhance their front facade. Some eligible improvements include signage, awnings, fixtures for window displays, and general construction repairs.

I would like to thank Main Street Paris for the grant to help pay for my new awning on my store front. You are helping to keep Paris alive and looking good. Small business is a constant battle and you are helping make a difference in our community.
